Connected agents

List the OAuth clients connected to the calling org

One entry per (client, user) connection, org-wide. Not paginated — a single org's connected-agent list is bounded by how many clients its members have authorized. Requires audit_log:read: the same compliance-facing scope as the audit log, since this answers 'who has access to our data'.
