List all sportsbooks/affiliates

Returns currently published sportsbook IDs, names, URLs and overall status. With sport_id, status is sport-scoped and status_scope is sport. include=sports adds sport_id, status and since for each stored sport row; combine with include=regions. Responses without parameters are unchanged. Status data is cached for up to 15 seconds. Treat unknown status values as unknown. Health labels do not filter odds. No authentication required.

Query parameters

Optional regions and/or sports; combine as include=regions,sports or repeat the parameter.

sport_idinteger

One positive sport ID. Scopes each affiliate status to that sport and adds status_scope=sport. A missing sport row is unhealthy until proved, except held books remain healthy and beta books remain beta. Unknown positive IDs are accepted. Does not filter affiliates or sports[]. Empty, repeated, non-integer or out-of-range IDs return 400.
