List Webhooks

List your registered webhooks.

Returns every webhook the caller has registered, newest first. Each webhook entry includes its target URL, the events it subscribes to, its active/disabled state, and the running failure count (auto-disabled after a configurable threshold).

Auth required. Webhooks are scoped to a single user — there's no admin or organisation surface here.
