User Review Summary

Aggregate rating snapshot for a user — count + average + per-star histogram.

Cached in Redis for 5 minutes keyed by user_id. Invalidated on every new review against that user (see invalidate_review_summary), so a fresh review shows up in the summary on the next call. Fails open: a Redis outage downgrades to per-request DB hits, no error surfaces to the caller.
