Cancel Reminder

Cancel a pending post reminder before it fires.

Returns 404 NOT_FOUND for both "no such ID" AND "reminder has already fired" (sent_at is set), so the cancel path presents a single response shape rather than leaking whether the firing already happened. Reminders that fired then-and-there fired the notification — there's no rollback at this layer.

Auth required.
