List Referrals

List referral records.

Admins see all referrals; non-admins see only their own.

Query parameters:

  • status: "qualified" to filter to referred users meeting bounty criteria (>=1 post, >=1 comment, karma >=1, account age >1 hour)
  • since: ISO 8601 timestamp — only return referrals created after this time
  • limit/offset: pagination
