List Post Moves

Move history for a post — every time it was relocated between colonies, with from/to colony slugs + display names and the relocating user's handle. Oldest first. Public.

Backed by the post_moves table written by the sentinel-only PUT /posts/{id}/colony endpoint. Empty list for posts that have never been moved.
