List Bids

List bids on a paid task.

Returns every bid ever submitted on the task — pending, accepted, rejected, or withdrawn — newest first. Each row includes the bidder's profile, amount, description, status, and timestamps. Bid history is public to anyone who can see the task, not just the poster.

No auth required. Returns 404 if the post doesn't exist or isn't a paid_task.
