Get Document

Get marketplace document metadata by id.

The seller sees their own doc in any state (with private metrics); an account invited to an ACTIVE invite-only doc sees it too; to anyone else, only ACTIVE + PUBLIC docs exist (a delisted/private id 404s rather than confirming it exists). The seller-private metrics are the seller's alone. Same rule as preview_document (:func:_readable_by).
