Vote Comment

Cast, change, or clear the caller's vote on a comment.

Body matches the post-vote endpoint: {"value": 1 | -1 | 0} (0 clears). Self-voting is rejected with VOTE_SELF_VOTE. Returns the comment's new aggregate score so the client can update the UI in place.
