Free-text search returning only auction ids

Resolve a free-text query to bare numeric auction ids (up to 10,000). IDs carry no source and may exceed JavaScript precision. Hydrate through /api/search?search= to obtain source-aware cards. Empty results can also mean Typesense is disabled; 503 means it is unavailable.
