Unified webhook endpoint for all voice providers.
Each provider is configured to send webhooks to their specific path:
- Vapi: /api/webhooks/voice/vapi
- Bland: /api/webhooks/voice/bland
- Retell: /api/webhooks/voice/retell
Args: provider: The provider name from URL path request: FastAPI request object
