Redirects to a freshly-minted presigned S3 url on every request. interviews.audio_url could not be used directly: it is presigned with a 6-hour expiry, and a cold-outreach page lives for weeks — every prospect opening the link after the first afternoon would find a silently dead <audio> element.

Public for the same reason as the report route: the caller names a token, never an object, so the only recording reachable is that target's own synthetic house-org sample.
