Purchase Credit Pack

RETIRED — always 410. Credit packs are no longer sold (pay-per-set $9.99 unlocks + the Studio subscription replaced them). Existing pack payments are still honoured by the webhook (handle_credit_pack_completed); credit columns and ledger data are untouched.
