Get a peer's active stories

Active stories of a public channel or user. Answers 200 with a stories object for the peer; when nothing is live at that moment its inner stories field is null rather than an array, so read it as "no active stories" and not as an error (measured 16 September 2026 on channel id 1006503122). Story ids from this list stay resolvable afterwards through GET /v1/peers/{peer_id}/stories/{ids}. Resolve a @username with /v1/usernames/{username} first to get the numeric peer_id.

Numeric Telegram peer id (channel or user). Obtain from /v1/usernames/{username}, /v1/phones/{phone}, /v1/contacts/search, or any prior response's peer.user_id / peer.channel_id field.
