Channels

Get channel participants

Members of a public group (megagroup), paginated.

Precondition. Telegram exposes member lists for groups, not for broadcast channels: check full_chat.can_view_participants from GET /v1/channels/{peer_id} first. true means this call returns the list; false means it answers 404 NOT_FOUND, which is Telegram's rule rather than an outage. Discussion groups linked to a channel (full_chat.linked_chat_id) normally do allow it.

Use filter to narrow the list — recent (default), admins, bots, kicked, banned, or search together with q. limit defaults to 20 and is clamped to 100. Resolve a @username with /v1/usernames/{username} first to get the numeric peer_id.
