Start the Robustness Screen: samples every dimension in one job (power tier; billed as 5)

One job that samples the sweep, peer market and walk forward dimensions and returns a single gated verdict. Billed as 5 backtests. One screen at a time per account. Send an Idempotency-Key header (or idempotency_key in the body) to make a retry replay the ORIGINAL job: the reply then carries reused: true and nothing is billed a second time.
