Preview a self-serve workspace deletion

Read-only preflight for the self-serve deletion dialog (EXP-9886): the self-serve subset of the admin deletion preview. Reports the plugins that still block deletion (active and archived) and, when the name will stay reserved, a warning carrying the reservation consequence and the support path. It reports only; it decides nothing new. See docs/workspace-deletion.md for the field contract.
