Read the latest current-state audit for a verifier

Returns the most recent audit run for one verifier against its lineage’s repo, scoped to the requesting org — its status, model, ref, matched/judged counts, and tree-truncation flag, with every per-file verdict, failing files first.

An audit is per verifier, so the request names both the lineage and the verifier. Responds with data: null when this org has never audited this verifier against the repo. Use the by-id read to poll a run started this session; use this to seed the card on load. Authored verifier reads require declarationId so runs from separate configured groups are never combined.
