PUT /v1/orgs/{orgId}/projects/{projectId}/loops/fix-findings

Set up the Fix Findings loop for this project as an ordinary scheduled loop, which fixes the project's open findings from their recommendations and opens a pull request for each. When a live loop in the project already runs the Fix Findings skill, it is returned as already set up and left unchanged.
