Names the Tessl GitHub App a GitHub App installation belongs to, so an installation started on GitHub, which returns without Tessl install state, is connected through that App's own connect route. Says nothing about who may connect it: the connect route makes those checks. 404 when the installation belongs to no Tessl GitHub App this instance holds credentials for, and 502 when GitHub could not be asked.
