List settled Code Review findings for a project's repository

Earlier Code Review findings in the project's GitHub repository that a later review of the same pull request settled as addressed, refuted (the claim does not hold) or declined (the author chose not to act) and that no review since has raised again, newest settlement first. Each row carries the note and time of the review that settled it, and the finding as first raised. Requires view access to the project's workspace. The project must be a root GitHub repository project whose repository is selected in a live Code Review installation.
