List Code Review findings for a project's repository

Every finding Code Review raised in the project's GitHub repository, once per pull request and finding id, newest first, as first raised. outcome is what the latest review of the pull request made of it: addressed, refuted (the claim does not hold) or declined (the author chose not to act), with the note and time of the review that settled it, or open when no later review has settled it. mergedIntoFindingId names the finding a later review raised it again as part of. Requires view access to the project's workspace. The project must be a root GitHub repository project whose repository is selected in a live Code Review installation.
