List text presets

Returns Tella's built-in text styles and the authenticated user's saved text presets — the tiles the editor's Text panel shows. Pass a presetId as presetId when adding or updating a text overlay to style it in one call; fontSizeScale is relative to the editor's default size so a preset reads the same on every canvas.
