Telerivet sends this webhook when contact added, updated, or deleted.
Setup: Enable 'Contact added or updated' webhook in Project Settings.
Request format: POST with application/x-www-form-urlencoded body.
Note: Not triggered for changes made via REST API or Cloud Script API.
