Paginated page bodies for one space

The bulk-read endpoint: cursor-paginated full bodies, optionally only what changed since a timestamp. Use this to mirror a space, not a loop over GET /api/pages/{id}.

next_cursor from the previous page of results.

A page of bodies, ordered by id.

Null when has_more is false.
