Returns the activity + practice problem derived from the student's current_lesson_id, shaped as UnifiedAssignment-compatible items.

Anonymous users get an empty list — placement results aren't stamped onto an anon row today (the journal save is keyed by anon_uuid but current_lesson_id lives on app_students). If the lesson has no activities or no practice problems, the corresponding item is just omitted — caller should handle a 0/1/2 count.
