Get Im Unit Overview

Return unit-level preview data: narrative + aggregated lesson stats.

The narrative is scraped separately from the lesson content (via curriculum/im_lessons/scrape_unit_narratives.py) because it lives on a different IM domain and isn't part of the per-lesson JSON files. Lesson totals are computed on the fly from the lesson JSONs we already have on disk.
