Create a view (TMO-255)

Creates a table, kanban, gantt, or calendar view with filters, visible columns, and access mode. Admin role required. An activity table or kanban view (source "activities") must name exactly one live activity group of the module: activityGroupVisibilityMode "selected" and visibleActivityGroupIds holding that one id, taken from GET /modules/{moduleId}/activity-groups. An archived, deleted or foreign group id answers 400.
