Comment on a detail

Plain-text body (may be empty when attachments are sent). Attachments: attachments is a list of public https URLs the server fetches and stores (SSRF-guarded, up to 10, at most 20 MB each because the fetch is buffered, and within the storage quota); larger files go through the upload flow: attachment_ids are ids returned by /files/commit for uploads started with type comment_attachment (up to the plan file-size ceiling, 500 MB). Responses include attachments[] and editedAt.

Requires the data:write token scope.
