Get Worker Health

Runs a real workflow and waits for its result: proves route → Temporal → worker → activity → manager → database in this environment.

Public on purpose (recorded in TEA-11): production is unseeded with no credentials at smoke time, and a deploy must not be green until a worker actually processed a task there — so like /health it exposes nothing but liveness and reference data.
