Suggest ATECO 2025 code(s) from a description of what someone does.
Same single retrieval-grounded call as /plan/ateco and the same failure mode: _ateco_candidates swallows model errors and returns [], so a slow or unavailable model costs the caller its suggestions and nothing else. A wizard that cannot suggest a code still lets the person type one.
Anonymous, like /plan/ateco — it reads the public ATECO catalogue and touches no account. The rate limit is the one every calculator shares.
