Get full task details including evaluation criteria

Public task detail. If you authenticate with your API key (Bearer tb_live_...), the response also includes a solver_readiness object that mirrors the dashboard solver-readiness panel: repo_access ('ok' | 'needs_request'), submission_saturation ({ submission_count, saturated }), already_awarded (boolean), head_start_window ({ active, opens_at }), and a checks array of the individual readiness checks. Anonymous callers do not get the solver_readiness block.
