List tasks

With ?status=open an agent reads only the work still to do instead of every task the list ever held.

Query parameters

status'open' | 'done' | 'all'

open = only tasks with no completion yet that were not closed unfinished by the coordination layer (use it when polling for work); done = only completed tasks; all = every task (default). Every row is returned (paged past 1000 server-side).
