Cancel a queued connection request

Cancels the latest connection request this account queued for username, so it never reaches LinkedIn. The request stays as the record, with status: cancelled, a failure_reason and a failure_code. A recipient this account never requested answers 404 connection_not_found. Refused with 409 connection_not_cancellable when the request was already sent, is in a final state, or is being sent; reason in the details says which.
