16. Prepaid Card Service

Add comment or escalation

Add a comment or escalation memo to a prepaid card. The comment is written to Keystone via addMemo. Note: Only customers who have been approved to be an "Approved Critical Vendor" can use these endpoints.

Origination source identifier (e.g. TMO_SUPPORT_APP). Maximum 24 characters.

issueDescriptionstring required

Short description of the issue. Maximum 255 characters.

assigneeinteger

Assignee ID.

inquiryIdNumberinteger

Inquiry ID number.

statusstring

Status of the inquiry (e.g. OPEN).
