Download Attachment

Stream an attachment's bytes — the web inbox's 📎 download link.

Same participant scoping as the fetch_attachment MCP verb: a bearer or session caller must be a participant on the attachment's thread (or its original uploader); admin is unrestricted. Serves with Content- Disposition: attachment so the browser downloads rather than renders.
