Delete every kept inspection of one file, or everything

?sha256=<64 hex> deletes every record of that file: the server computes the account's HMAC of it, so you never handle the salt. ?confirm=all deletes everything this account kept, with its feedback, and discards the account's salt; that one is a dashboard session action, and an API key gets 403 session_required. One of the two is required. Kept files go with their records in both cases.
