Land a verification link on the account page

Side-effect free: redirects to /account?verify=<token>, where the page POSTs the token to POST /auth/verify. A GET that consumed the single-use token was being spent by mail-link scanners before the reader clicked. A missing token redirects to /account?verified=0.
