Move a job to a different project
Reassign a job to another project, or clear its project by sending projectId: null. The job keeps its outputs and can be moved back, so this is the way to correct a filing decision rather than re-running the work. Send the PARENT job of a batch. Child jobs inherit their parent's project and are refused with 403 on their own. The same rules the app enforces apply here, and they are anchored on the caller's identity rather than on how they authenticated. A job that currently sits in someone else's shared project, and a move INTO one, both require you to be the job's owner. An organization that requires project tagging will refuse a move that clears the project or sends the job to a personal one.

Response
Moved. A reassignment echoes the project the job now sits in; a CLEAR (projectId null or omitted) has no project to name, so the field is absent rather than null.
