Content type, method, headers, body, example — the legacy /v1/webhooks wire format. Also carries run_events_served_by, pointing at /v1/delivery/items for the attempts, retries and DLQ entries of a migrated run.completed / run.failed subscription (the wire format itself is unchanged for a binding using the legacy delivery_policy).
