List a Spec's published versions

The Spec's published versions, newest first — this is where a Spec's "v3" lives.

Not to be confused with GET /v1/schemas/{id}/versions, which reads the unrelated legacy schema-version counter. A Spec-authored schema never advances that one, so it is normally empty for these schemas.
