Review

List review queue records

Paginated list of validation records awaiting or having completed review.

App keys. An app service key reaches this route under a spec grant at read. The page is filtered to the Specs the app was granted: a spec wildcard leaves it unfiltered, concrete ids narrow it to those Specs, and an app holding no spec grant at read gets an empty page — never an unfiltered one.

Maximum number of items to return (1–100).

cursorstring

Opaque pagination cursor from a previous response's pagination.next_cursor.

Sort order by creation date.

statusstring

Optional status filter (e.g. pending, approved, rejected).
