Public (unauthenticated) machine-readable credit pricing catalog: fixed per-unit credit rates, their EUR equivalents, the credits-per-EUR conversion rate, and processing-mode multipliers (e.g. batch at 0.5x). Lets an agent predict spend before running anything.
