List a field's current values across documents

The cross-document read: one row per occurrence bound to the concept (a per-cell column is several rows sharing document_id), newest first, cursor-paginated, each with its provenance (raw name, verbatim source text, resolution band, confirmation state). document_id narrows to one document; value is a case-insensitive contains match on the value text.

Sources-IAM filtered as the key's minting user — pagination.total counts the visible set. Includes occurrences still bound to concepts merged INTO this one unless include_redirected=false; such rows carry provenance.via_redirect: true.
