Every operation type the platform runs, the model class it resolves to for this workspace, whether the workspace overrode it, how it gates policy activation, and whether it currently has a compliant route.

gating separates operations: registered operations block a policy from activating when they lose their route, advisory operations only warn, and none operations are not swept at all (routable is null for them rather than implying a check that never ran). This distinction is why a region pin can leave document OCR unroutable without blocking the rest of the workspace.
