Associate candidate to jobs

<b>Use this endpoint to link an existing candidate to job offers. To create a candidate application (with answers to the job questions) to a job offer, use the '/jobs/{jobId}/applications' endpoint.</b><br/>Currently, automatic actions (workflow, automatic e-mails and webhooks) are not triggered by this way.<br/><br/>🔑 You can access this if you have the 'candidate.jobs.add' scope activated on your secret key.
