Update task

Updates a task on one of your encounters. Set status to addressed_by_provider_group once you have supplied or corrected the data the task requested; the billing team then re-reviews the claim. Status transitions are validated upstream and an invalid transition returns 4xx. A task you cannot reach returns 404.
