Buy a credit bundle using MPP and a Stripe Shared Payment Token

Autonomous machine-payment route. Requires a secret random Idempotency-Key of at least 32 characters. When enabled, the first request receives HTTP 402 with an MPP challenge; retry with the payment credential to receive the API key.
