List a test's runs

Read only, newest first. To run a test, POST /v1/runs { "test": "test_…" }.

Path parameters

The app: its id, or its owner/name URL-encoded (modulab%2Fsolivo).

teststring required

The test: test_<uuid>, or the uuid alone.

How many to return: 20 by default, 100 at most.
